04 What are the registration tools within Metaverse?
Introduction to METVARSE Tools
The registration/recording tools in the metaverse aim to be easy and intuitive for mainstream adoption. The process typically involves creating a basic 3D digital representation of your Avatar.
linking an existing social/work identity, or signing up with a username, email, and password. Some platforms connect to your Facebook, Google, or Microsoft account for quick access. Blockchain-based metaverses require crypto wallets and transactions to activate accounts.
As the metaverse evolves, registration tools will innovate to enable persistent digital identities that grant access across various virtual worlds and experiences. Seamless avatar creation and multi-platform account portability will be key for mass adoption within the coming years.
What are the registration tools in Metaverse?
The Metaverse is considered a virtual world beyond the nature of metaphysics, that people can enter without regard to the factors of time or place. which is addressed by the philosophy of Metaphysics versus the metaverse, previously discussed and defined in previous episodes of this series.
This is because people with digital identities interact in their communities using technological devices and tools, which we will address in this episode.
They use it to enter the world of the
supernatural, which forms a new, interconnected, and harmonious digital medium
in the reality of the imagination.
It allows users to immerse themselves in targeted virtual experiences. Usually, before entering the metaverse, a person needs to create an account or symbolic image to represent their virtual personality.
There are also many game systems and tools available to register and create accounts on different metaverse platforms. This is what we will address in response to the second question which is the title of this episode.
We have previously indicated that the "Metaverse" refers to different platforms and communities, depending on the context in which it will be used. Therefore, registering in the metaverse is done using many tools and devices, some of which we will summarize here.
These tools and devices are used by the real person to enter this world and prove their presence and existence within the scope of the virtual community they want to stay in or interact with.
This is where the role of technologies, such as virtual, augmented, mixed, and extended reality comes as primary tools to register and enter the metaverse world.
Their tools come in glasses, gloves, and headphones that work with virtual, augmented, mixed, extended reality, and artificial intelligence technologies. This includes entertainment games and conducting transactions in many areas, such as education, economy, and digital marketing over the global Internet.
1) Virtual Reality (VR) technology
Virtual Reality (VR) is a term applied to computer simulations of environments that can be physically depicted for some real-world situation, that is, in the imaginary world for the viewer.
The latest virtual reality environments
are primarily experiences related to visual (optical) properties, for the
following.
- Displaying the visual image on a computer screen or
- Displaying and viewing the image through an imaginary/virtual
object.
- Some simulations include additional sensory information such as
sound interacted with through speakers or headphones.
The transition from reality to fantasy, or
viewing the imaginary world, is done using virtual reality devices such as HTC
Vive, Oculus Rift, or Google Cardboard, where users can be transported to
semi-realistic environments and experience and live them virtually or in their
imaginary state.
Generally, other advanced systems, known as
force feedback, contain sensors to process information via touch and scanning,
as in medical applications and electronic games that include modules, the
following sensors are within its structure.
- Touch sensors
- Optical or light sensors
- Infrared sensors
- Sound sensors

Like being in the middle of a forest colony in the jungles of Africa, and not having the circumstances to visit it, the virtual world is accessed without achieving any factor of real-time interaction or communicating with the models or scenes presented for viewing by the user.

Thus, we find that virtual reality (VR) includes, in its function, the experience of implicit displays, or demonstration of simulation, of what can be imagined and felt, until our view of what is happening in the physical world is complete.

2)Augmented Reality (AR) technology
The technology of Augmented Reality (AR) is
the second technology based on projecting virtual objects, and information and
displaying them in the user's real environment, to provide additional
information or to serve as 3-dimensional guides or models.
The displayed object can be viewed in Virtual Reality, in addition to the viewer’s ability to interact positively with the scene in front of him at the same time, which enhances the state of sensory perception to the same extent that the user can enjoy sensations, Seeing, hearing, touching, and with the same feelings in the case of the world of reality.

That is, the displayed scene is in a state of augmented reality; A three-dimensional and tangible interaction in front of the user, and this is done using several smart devices and tools, whether they are.
- Portable
devices such as smartphones.
- Through
wearable devices such as smart glasses.
- Smart contact lenses, other than the traditional lenses known in the world of treating eye diseases.
In addition to electronic gloves, all these devices use a spatial tracking system that provides the device with accuracy in projection, deduction, and displaying information in the appropriate place, such as the global positioning system (GPS) with its coordinates.

where it provides Augmented reality devices and tools are additional connection points that serve as ports for inputs, such as smart cameras and compass devices, all of which are supported by appropriate software applications that achieve augmented or real-time interaction between the displayed objects and the screens of these devices and tools, for example, the Pokemon game on the street.
Augmented reality technology (AR) may add
digital elements to the direct view, often done by enhancing the cameras
available in smartmobile phones, and one of the most famous examples of
augmented reality is Snapchat lenses and Pokemon Go.
Some popular metaverse recording tools include VRChat, Microsoft Mesh, Spatial, and Cryptovoxels, VRChat and Meta Horizon Worlds allow you to create a basic 3D avatar for use across their platforms. Microsoft Mesh allows you to register a business account that links to Azure to build collaborative spaces in mixed reality. Spatial provides mobile applications and access to virtual reality by creating a user profile linked to a mobile phone number or email. Cryptovoxels is a virtual world on the blockchain that requires setting up a crypto wallet to purchase land and register an account.
3) Mixed Reality (MR) technology
Mixed Reality (MR) technology is a combination of VR and AR technologies together, to achieve interaction between real and digital objects. Augmented reality technology began to emerge with Microsoft's HoloLens, one of the most prominent early mixed reality devices. It is distinguished from other technologies in its use of precise sensors attached to gloves and on the limbs of the human body, but it requires the presence of a fully equipped studio to do its best work.

4) Extended Reality (XR) technology
Extended
Reality (XR) technology has recently appeared, as the latest comprehensive
technology in this field, covering all the characteristics of the various
technologies that enhance the human senses, whether it provides additional
information about the actual world or creates... Completely unrealistic
simulation worlds for us to experience, interact with, and benefit from after
analyzing their data and information with artificial intelligence technology,
which includes all previous technologies: virtual reality (VR), augmented
reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR).
What are the differences between the tools?
Augmented reality, Virtual reality, Mixed and Extended reality.
Virtual reality (VR) is based on projecting real objects into a virtual/imaginary environment, while augmented reality (AR) is based on projecting objects and information into the user's real environment to provide additional 3D information 3D. It can be interacted with, while mixed reality is a technology that combines the characteristics of both virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).
Extended reality technology, such as a platform that works on cloud computing for augmented and mixed reality, developed and produced by Microsoft HoloLens, is a technology in the form of smart glasses, worn on the head, with gloves on the fingers, and sometimes sensors on the tips of the hand and knee. They are widely used in the medical and educational fields.
Applications integrated with extended reality enable a combination of tangible physical elements and objects in the real world to be interacted with through virtual reality elements and characters so that the displayed objects are seen as if they are actually present in front of us in a shared interactive environment, or space. A shared universality of the metaphysical world.
How does the metaverse work?
When we can change our understanding of how we interact with things around us and are willing to change our perception of how we interact with the objects around us, just that time we can understand the Metaverse world.
